Zero Credits Notification #

A “No credits remaining” Email is sent when a credit is spent, and the new balance is zero credits.

When Your Subscription Has Expired & You Have Zero Credits #

When your subscription has expired & your organisation has zero credits you will be restricted to ‘My Organisation’ until such time as you reinstate your subscription and/or buy add hoc credits.
