One user

That includes the workspace and your first user, with unlimited inspections, properties and reports.
That’s £600 per year including VAT.
Five users
For a five-person team, the monthly cost is £90.
The £50 workspace includes the first user, with four additional users at £10 each.
That’s £1,080 per year including VAT.
Ten users
For a ten-person team, the monthly cost is £140.
That’s the £50 workspace and first user, plus nine additional users.
The same simple pricing model applies whether the team carries out 50 inspections or 500.
Twenty users
For a 20-person team, the monthly cost is £240.
That gives the whole team access to the same BrightChecker workspace, without additional charges based on the number of inspections, properties or reports.
Your workload doesn’t change the price
This is where BrightChecker’s pricing differs from a usage-based model.
Suppose your five-person team carries out 200 inspections this month.
If that grows to 400 inspections next month, your software subscription stays at £90 per month.
The same applies if you take on more properties or produce more reports.
Your price only changes when the number of people using BrightChecker changes.
More inspections don’t mean a higher software bill. More people do.
