When Does The Brightchecker App Save My Survey Question Responses?

The app saves each photo when it is taken and confirmed for use. Other survey question responses are saved when you exit an item. A ‘loading’ message is shown, the duration of the loading message is equivalent to the data being saved. Once your item data is saved, when you return to the item, you will see and can amend your question responses.

If you close the app in the middle of an item, you will not lose any photos. However, you will lose any other response entered during that unsaved item visit.

When I See A Spinning Circular Arrow What’s Happening?

When you see a circular spinning arrow the system is performing a task. The more complex and larger the task, the longer the spinning circular arrow will be seen. Once the task is complete the spinning arrow will disappear.

When I See A ‘Loading’ Message What’s Happening?

The app will display a ‘Loading’ message when data is either being saved, submitted or downloaded. The more complex and larger the task, the longer the loading message will be seen. Once the task is complete the message will disappear.

Note: If after an exceptionally extended period the loading message doesn’t disappear from the dashboard, you can refresh the web page you’re on. Click the circular arrow icon. This can be found on the left-hand side of the URL box in Chrome and Edge, and it’s on the right-hand side for Safari. If the message is still visible the system is still working on your task.
